What movements do you use?
We use Seiko automatic movements such as NH34, NH35 and VK63.
When creating day-date mods, we use Miyota movements such as 8285 Miyota Automatic Movement.
Are your watches waterproof?
Our watches are designed to be water-resistant for everyday situations, such as splashes or rain. However, we do not recommend using them during water activities.
Several factors can affect water resistance, such as an improperly screwed crown, a sudden impact, or a change in temperature.
Overall, it can withstand splashes of water from washing your hands or getting caught in the rain, but it should not be immersed in water or used in swimming or sauna.
Does it come with warranty?
Yes. all our watches come with a 6-month warranty.
However, the following are not covered under warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.
- Cosmetic imperfections due to custom modifications.
- Repairs, alterations, or modifications carried out by any third party other than us.

I like a watch but I want a different strap.

Can I make my own watch?
Absolutely! We are dedicated to bringing your dream watch to reality. Personalise every detail, from the dial and hands to the case and strap, to create a unique timepiece that reflects your style.

Shipping
Shipping Time.
All watches are made to order, therefore we typically require 2-4 weeks to assemble your watch.
Shipping times may vary due to destination. Please allow 7-13 working days for orders to arrive after shipping.
You will be notified via email on any updates regarding assembly and shipping.

Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
If you can't see this email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
Can I return or exchange my watch?
Refunds and exchanges are only applicable if the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
